These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ZOBNO mobile applications, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by ZOBNO Technologies Inc. ("ZOBNO", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, registering for, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a salon business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.

2. The Service

ZOBNO provides a platform that connects customers with salons for appointment booking and allows salon owners to manage bookings, staff, services, and salon profiles. ZOBNO is a technology platform — we do not provide salon services directly. The quality, safety, and delivery of salon services are the responsibility of the salon you book.

3. Account Registration

• Customers register using a valid mobile phone number and OTP verification.
• Salon owners register with accurate business and contact information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activity under it.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information and update it when it changes.

4. Bookings and Payments

• Booking requests are subject to salon acceptance. A booking is confirmed only when the salon owner accepts it.
• Displayed prices, services, and availability are set by salons and may change without notice.
• Unless otherwise stated in the app, payment for services is made directly at the salon ("Cash at Salon").
• Cancellation and rescheduling policies may vary by salon. Contact the salon or our support team for assistance.

5. Salon Owner Responsibilities

If you register as a salon owner, you agree to:

• Maintain accurate salon details, services, pricing, hours, and staff information.
• Respond to booking requests promptly and honor confirmed appointments.
• Upload only appropriate shop images and content you have rights to use.
• Comply with applicable laws, licenses, and professional standards for your business.
• Keep your subscription active where required to use owner dashboard features.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
• Post false bookings, fake reviews, spam, or misleading salon information.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users, salon staff, or ZOBNO personnel.
• Upload content that is obscene, exploitative, infringing, or violates our Child Safety Standards.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service or its security.
• Create multiple accounts to evade bans or manipulate the platform.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (profile photos, salon images, notes). By submitting content, you grant ZOBNO a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and store that content solely to operate and promote the Service. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

8. Notifications

The Service sends transactional notifications about bookings and account activity. You may receive optional promotional messages if you opt in. You can disable push notifications in your device settings. See our Marketing page for opt-out details.

9. Intellectual Property

The ZOBNO name, logo, app design, and platform software are owned by ZOBNO Technologies Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our branding or software without written permission.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS, ERROR-FREE OPERATION, OR THE AVAILABILITY OF ANY SPECIFIC SALON OR TIME SLOT.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZOBNO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY SALON SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ZOBNO IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR INR 1,000, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZOBNO and its officers, employees, and partners from claims arising from your use of the Service, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

13. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, pose a safety risk, or if required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion via support@zobno.com.

14. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India, unless applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the latest version.
