("ZOBNO", "we", "us", or "our") operates the ZOBNO salon booking platform, including the customer mobile application and the salon owner business application (collectively, the "Apps"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our Apps and website.

• Account details such as name, phone number, email address, and profile information.
• Salon business details for owners, including salon name, address, services, staff, and shop images.
• Booking details such as selected salon, service, staff, date, time, and notes.
• Support messages you send to us.

Information collected automatically

• Device information such as device model, operating system, and app version.
• Push notification token (Expo/FCM token) if you allow notifications.
• Approximate location, only when you grant location permission to discover nearby salons.
• Usage data such as app interactions, booking activity, and crash diagnostics.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Create and manage your account and authenticate you with OTP login.
• Process salon bookings and send booking status notifications.
• Allow salon owners to manage appointments, staff, services, and salon profiles.
• Improve app performance, security, and user experience.
• Respond to support requests and legal obligations.
• Send service-related notifications about bookings (not unrelated marketing unless you opt in).

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only in these cases:

• With the salon you book, so they can confirm and provide the service.
• With service providers that help us operate the platform (hosting, SMS/OTP, cloud storage, push notifications).
• When required by law, regulation, court order, or to protect users and our platform.
• With your consent or at your direction.

4. Data Retention

We retain account and booking data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request account deletion by contacting us at support@zobno.com.

5. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication tokens, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

6. Your Choices and Rights

• You can update profile information in the app.
• You can disable push notifications in device settings.
• You can revoke location permission in device settings.
• You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing us.

7. Children's Privacy

Our Apps are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. 8. International Users

If you use our Apps outside India, your information may be processed in India or other countries where our service providers operate, subject to applicable data protection laws.
