ZOBNO Technologies Inc. is committed to protecting children and maintaining a safe platform. This page describes our standards, policies, and reporting process related to Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), as required for apps distributed on Google Play.

1. Our Standards

• We prohibit child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any content that sexualizes minors.
• We prohibit grooming, solicitation, trafficking, or exploitation of minors through our platform.
• We prohibit users from using ZOBNO to coordinate harm against children.
• Salon listings, profile photos, and user-generated content must not contain exploitative or abusive material.
• Accounts involved in CSAE-related violations are permanently banned and reported where required by law.

2. Age Requirements

ZOBNO is a salon booking platform intended for adults and users who meet the minimum age required to enter into a binding contract in their jurisdiction. Our Apps are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

3. In-App Reporting

Users can report safety concerns through the following in-app paths:

• Customer App: Profile → Help & Support → contact support.
• Owner App: Profile → Help / Support section or email support directly.
• Urgent CSAE reports: Email safety@zobno.com with subject line "CSAE Report".

Reports should include the username, salon name, booking ID (if applicable), screenshots, and a description of the concern. We review CSAE reports as a priority.

4. Enforcement and Response

• We investigate reports promptly and take action within a reasonable timeframe.
• Violating content is removed and associated accounts are suspended or terminated.
• When we obtain actual knowledge of CSAM, we report it to appropriate authorities and organizations such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), where applicable.
• We cooperate with law enforcement requests related to child safety investigations.

5. Content Moderation

Salon images, profile data, and booking notes uploaded to ZOBNO are subject to review and removal if they violate our safety policies. Salon owners are responsible for ensuring staff and uploaded media comply with applicable laws and platform rules.

6. Legal Compliance

ZOBNO complies with applicable child safety and child protection laws, including requirements related to reporting, record keeping, and cooperation with authorized agencies in jurisdictions where we operate.
