ZOBNO may send you service-related messages about your bookings, account, and app updates. These are essential to provide our booking service and are not promotional spam.
We may occasionally send optional promotional messages about offers, new salon partners, or app features. You can opt out of promotional messages at any time by:
- Disabling marketing notifications in your device settings for the ZOBNO app.
- Emailing support@zobno.com with the subject "Unsubscribe Marketing".
Push Notifications
Booking alerts (accepted, rejected, new booking for owners) require push notification permission. You can disable notifications in your phone settings without deleting your account.
